How to Find Ponderosa Campground

From the Garden State Parkway Follow the Garden State Parkway to exit 13 (Avalon).  After exiting on 13, turn right onto Avalon Blvd to light on Route 9. Turn right onto Route 9, about 1/8 mile turn left onto Beaver Dam Road (Ponderosa Campground sign on right pointing towards road). Follow to the Ponderosa Campground, about 1/4 mile. From Philadelphia and Points West Follow Interstate 76 East and cross the Walt Whitman Bridge. Stay on Route 42 towards Atlantic City. Bear right on Route 55 South. After 40 minutes this will put you on Route 47 south, then 347 south and back to 47 south. Follow 47 south to Route 83, bear left onto Route 83 and follow to Route 9. Bear right and follow Route 9 to Beaver Dam Road (Ponderosa Campground sign on left pointing towards road). Turn right onto Beaver Dam Road. Follow to the Ponderosa Campground, about 1/4 mile.
